Using the Ropes

Ropes, when used properly and safely under the guidance of an experienced instructor, can support your yoga practice by enabling the body to open further, using gravity to your advantage, and allowing traction of the spine and joints.  Plus, dang it, they’re just FUN!
 
In our workshops & series classes on the ropes you will learn how to properly use them to enhance your practice of Standing Poses, Inversions, Forward Bends and Back Bends.
