Traditional Hatha Yoga
A true moving meditation, this class finds its inspiration from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the classic 15th century Sanskrit work on Hatha Yoga.

This class is taught by Asha (ed. unless she's visiting India), a highly respected and experienced teacher, whose life and mind have been steeped in Yogic tradition since growing up as a child in India.

You will experience a gentle, mindful practice that includes asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation; often complemented by traditional Indian music or, if you're lucky, a serenade from Asha herself! Appropriate for all.
