Breathe Into Recovery

Exclusively at Blue Anjou! Improve the physical body while changing negative self-speak that often leads to doubt and despair. Using an eclectic form of Hatha yoga, we strive to move beyond asana (posture) and into the core of the being while focusing on pranayama (breathing techniques), improving the health of the Chakras (energy centers of the body) and use of inspirational mantras in order to change our experiences at a cellular level.
