Our teachers were trained through Mamaste with Karen Prior. Prenatal yoga is an excellent exercise option during pregnancy helping women get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort.
This class encourages you to trust in the wisdom of your changing body as well as connect with your child well before you meet face to face.
