This class is specially designed to still the mind. Asana (posture) and Pranayama (breath) are practiced to purify the mind and body. In this class, asanas are typically held for a longer period of time and alignment and precision are emphasized. Basic pranayama breaths are practiced with the intent of withdrawing from the senses.
