There is nothing like one on one sessions to lead you on your yoga journey. Students benefit immensely from receiving an the teacher's complete focus and attention, receiving hands on adjustments to ensure that you develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. You may also want to ask questions you may not want to ask in a group setting.
Refine Your Current Yoga Practice
No mater how long we have been practicing yoga, scheduling privates refines our current practice and sends us safely into intermediate & advanced asanas or deeper meditation practices.
Tailored to Your Needs
Privates provide the support needed to guide you safely into asanas that are beneficial to you and allow the flexibility to practice at a comfortable pace. We will also offer suggestions for daily meditation and mantra so that you begin to heal from the inside out.
Decrease Risk of Injury
With private yoga, you are never left on your own, but rather safely guided through the series of poses. People often become ambitious in group classes in attempting to do the full expression of a pose before their bodies are actually ready,. In a private yoga class, your teacher develops an appropriate practice for you and makes adjustments as needed.
Build a Home Practice
Every yogi should strive to cultivate the habit of a personal, home practice. By practicing short asana sequences, meditation, and or mantra throughout your day, you will see major improvement in all areas of your life. A private teacher will customize a series of energizing or relaxing yoga sequences to do in the morning, during your workday, or in the evening.

Payment Policies
- Blue Anjou enforces a strict cancellation policy for all private training, series and workshops.
- Pre-payment is required when you make the appointment or register for the workshop/series.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment or 48 hours in advance of the workshop/series start time for payment to be refunded or credited.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will NOT be credited. This policy also applies to standing weekly appointments.
- All monthly, class pass and private instruction payments are non-refundable.
- Workshop payments are refundable with minimum 48-hour notice of cancellation.
- Private instruction expires six months from purchase.
- Class passes expire 1 year from purchase.
- Monthly Unlimited class plan is on a consecutive month basis; no partial months or "freezes", although we're pretty reasonable, so just talk to us about your situation.
- We accept cash, check, debit/check/ATM card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (and Paypal if you like).
- Insufficient Funds or Account Closed Checks will be charged a $30 processing fee (as established by the Denton County District Attorney's Office)
