Prenatal Yoga

Note:  Prenatal Yoga is for healthy women in their second and third trimesters. Please bring a midwife/doctors release to your first class.

Please Note:  We apologize, but we are not currently offering any Prenatal Yoga classes on a regular basis.  In the meantime, please consider attending one of our Hatha, Hatha & Restore or Yoga Basics classes. 

Our teachers were trained through Mamaste with Karen Prior. Prenatal yoga is an excellent exercise option during pregnancy helping women get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort.

This class encourages you to trust in the wisdom of your changing body as well as connect with your child well before you meet face to face.
