Monthly Drum Circle & Kirtan
When: 1st Saturday of Every Month!
Blue hosts a monthly Drum Circle and Kirtan on the 1st Saturday of every month. These start at 2:00 p.m. and typically wrap around 4:00pm. There is no charge and the event is open to the community; though donations are appreciated for the space. Normally there are plenty of noise-making devices, but you may want to bring a drum or similar just in case (ed. you can always clap or snap ... though nobody will hear you.)
Blue Anjou's Kirtan and Drum Circle is two hours of unbridled drumming, shaking, dancing and singing - and it happens every month. It is open to all shapes, sizes, ages, and levels of drumming, dancing and singing ability! Linda from Corinth tell us, "I love listening to the energy produced by this drum circle. Such fun, such joy." Also overheard: "Too much fun for words. Drumming, dancing, kiddos...and sometimes edibles, too. Feels like family!"
