The list is as endless and creative as each individual!  Time to get a clear vision, time to put your dreams into Technicolor, and get to going!  Join us for the 3rd of our Kundalini workshops: Dream Big Kundalini.  We will practice a creative Kundalini class designed to open your mind to all possibilities, followed by a deep Savasana to plant those seeds of possibility and a mind clearing meditation practice to help you see the path before you.  The last 45 minutes of the workshop will be spent putting together a vision board.
