Come join us as as we welcome 2012 with this special New Year's Eve Kundalini yoga class powered by the music of Sting. The year 2012 has special significance in Kundalini, full of possibilities for peace and harmony. To celebrate, we will practice a moderate Kundalini set designed to energize and awaken the body and spirit. The meditation will be devoted to all of the opportunities that the new year will bring. No Kundalini yoga experience necessary.
