From homework, to soccer, music to dance…kids these days have a lot going on. The academic, athletic and social pressures can be overwhelming at times. Yoga can help! In this 4 week series, kids ages 7-10 will learn simple and fun meditation techniques, breathing and yoga poses to ward off anxiety and stress, build muscle, increase flexibility and promote relaxation.
