Yoga for Chronic Pain

The goal of this workshop is to help those suffering from varying types of chronic pain like fibromyalgia, arthritis, back and neck pain.
A regular yoga and meditation practice can provide those suffering with a sort of "tool box" of option to lessen the dependency on medication leading to a happier and more joyful life.
This workshop series will consist of four 2-hour workshops with take-home lessons that can be used to enhance the process. By attending each of the workshops, the students will learn breathing techniques, body movement, and midfulness meditation.
