You may also choose to ask questions, which you otherwise might not in a group setting.

No matter how long we have been practicing yoga, scheduling a private session refines our current practice and sends us safely into intermediate & advanced asanas or deeper meditation practices.

Private Yoga Sessions provide the support needed to guide you safely into asanas that are beneficial to you, while allowing the flexibility to practice at a comfortable pace. We will also offer suggestions for daily meditation and mantra, so that you begin to heal from the inside out.

With Private Yoga Sessions, you are never left on your own, but rather safely guided through the series of poses. People often become ambitious in group classes, attempting to do the full expression of a pose before their bodies are actually ready to do so. In a Private Yoga Session, your teacher develops an appropriate practice for you and offers modifications as needed.

By practicing short asana sequences, meditation, and mantra throughout your day, you will see major improvement in all areas of your life. Your Private Yoga Session teacher can also customize a series of energizing or relaxing yoga sequences for you to do in the morning, during your workday, or in the evening to help you build your home practice.
